Dr. D has been a practicing Doctor of Chiropractic since graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1999. He has been servicing the Vaughan community for almost a decade and has built a strong reputation amongst thousands of patients, the medical community and supporting fitness and industry professionals.  Dr. Di Paolo is also the treating Chiropractor in the Sports Health Division at the prestigious and internationally known Cleveland Clinic in the Downtown Core.
 
Along with his Chiropractic education, Dr. Di Paolo also graduated with a Specialized Honours degree from York University with a certificate in Athletic Therapy.  He is a member of the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada) and has had the privilege to have worked with athletes of all ranks from the "weekend warrior" to the elite professional.

Dr.Di Paolo stays current with the latest field and industry research and continually upgrades his skills and clinic technology in order to provide elite level care.

Elysia Caprara

Dr. Elysia Caprara

Chiropractor, Acupuncture Provider, Certified Yoga Instructor

Dr. Elysia Caprara graduated of the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Sciences, with specializations in the area of biology and psychology. From there she attained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, with clinical honours.

Dr. Caprara has furthered her education by completing the advanced training program in Clinical Acupuncture at CMCC. She believes continual education is fundamental to exceptional patient care, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Rehabilitation Sciences. Dr. Caprara is an associate professor in the department of Health Sciences at Seneca College Continuing Education Program.

As a Certified Yoga Instructor, Dr. Caprara combines her medical knowledge with the physical and mental rejuvenation of yoga practice, giving her patients the unique opportunity to fully work towards optimal health. She aspires to motivate and educate her patients to achieve their personal health goals while attaining the benefits of mind and body awareness.

Dr. Caprara has an interest in women's health, nutrition, and weight loss. She has a special interest treating dancers with chiropractic care, to assist with healing and prevention of injuries due to physical stress on the body during training and performing. She is committed to all her patients and provides exceptional evidence based care.
Danika  Mason

Danika Mason

Registered Massage Therapist

Danika graduated with Honours from the Canadian College of Message and Hydrotherapy and is a member of the Canadian College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Danika is passionate in her love of Massage Therapy which fosters her desires to assist people suffering from acute or chronic physical imbalances including muscular, fascial, tendinous, or ligamentous. She believes that knowledge is prevention and with her training and education of anatomy, physiology and physical assessment she is confident in customizing each treatment for her client's individual needs.

A healthy mind and body is the key element for a Massage Therapists success. Danika's determination for maintaining her own health and fitness regimes has seen her complete two Marathons, a Goofy Challenge, and several Half Marathons. Her commitment to her own training and personal growth was evident when she was selected to represent Ontario at numerous National Championships. A Varsity Athlete representing The University of Western Ontario's Rugby team, a ranked National athlete touring England and Scotland and most recently earning her starting position at the Nations Cup, also with Rugby Canada.

She plans on continuing her education with her Certification in Active Release Therapy Techniques, Muscle Energy and Personal Training. She aims to enhance and maintain her client's healthy functioning bodies and minds with various Swedish Massage techniques and hydrotherapy, accompanied with home care.
Nicole Springle

Nicole Springle

Registered Dietitian

Nicole Springle is a Registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist who holds both a Bachelor of Honours Degree and a Masters in Applied Nutrition from the University of Guelph. Currently, Nicole is an official provider of nutrition services for the Canadian Sport Centre Ontario (CSCO), and the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC). Nicole was also recently appointed to the distinguished role of co-chair of the Dietitians of Canada Sport Nutrition Network.
 
Nicole has acted as the official nutrition consultant to the CFL's Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the Olympic Women's Heavy Weight Rowing Team. She has also been actively involved in varsity athletics as the high performance nutrition consultant to Guelph, MacMaster, and York University athletes. Nicole offers personalized and team-based sport nutrition counseling to Canadian carded and Olympic athletes as well as individual consultations for recreational, competitive and elite level athletes of all ages.
 
In addition, Nicole has appeared on Canada AM and Breakfast Television as well as providing expert opinions for Global News, The Toronto Star and City TV News. She has authored numerous articles for magazines and newspapers across the country and is currently publishing a manual on sport nutrition for varsity athletes. Nicole also shares her passion for nutrition by appearing as a speaker for various corporate groups, teams, and as a guest lecturer at many post-secondary institutions.
 
Nicole specializes in sports nutrition; weight management; and assisting individuals to achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle. In her free time Nicole enjoys cycling and distance running, recently completing the Boston marathon as well as competing in numerous other marathons and half marathons.
Bruna Chiarelli

Bruna Chiarelli

Office Manager and Chiropractic Health Assistant

Bruna is a master at being a Chiropractic Health Assistant. She has dedicated the last 26 years to her profession and has helped many patients discover the wonderful healing of Chiropractic.

She is a resident of Vaughan and is a married mother of two beautiful daughters.  She enjoys reading, traveling and volunteering in the Community.
